This solid oak chopping board started out as an old oak step. It has been cut, planed, sanded and finished by hand. The midnight black resin tones compliment the natural grain of the wood which is beautifully enhanced with a food safe oil, that dries to a satin finish with the additional benefit of being highly water resistant.

Since all our boards are made of natural wood, the colors, patterns and shades will vary,making each one unique.

All wood is reclaimed so imperfections have been restored.

For future wood care, we recommend you to apply any food safe oil to the wood with a clean soft cloth once a month for the 1st year. Removed any excess oil with a clean cloth.
